1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the RydeWitUs app as a rider or driver, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What RydeWitUs is

RydeWitUs is a technology platform that connects independent riders with independent drivers in Abaco, Bahamas. RydeWitUs does not own or operate vehicles and drivers are not employees of RydeWitUs.

3. Eligibility

• Riders must be at least 18 years old, or use the app under a parent/guardian's account.
• Drivers must be at least 20, hold a valid Bahamian driver's license, provide proof of vehicle insurance, and pass a background/police record check before being approved.

4. Fares & payment

Fares are shown before you confirm a ride and are calculated by distance and time of day. Payment is processed in-app; drivers receive their earnings via weekly bank payout. Prices may change with notice.

5. Cancellations

Riders may cancel before a driver arrives. Repeated late cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate the driver for their time.

6. Conduct

Riders and drivers are expected to treat each other with respect. Harassment, unsafe driving, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

7. Liability

RydeWitUs facilitates the connection between riders and drivers but is not liable for the acts of independent drivers or riders. Use of the app and any ride is at your own risk, to the extent permitted by Bahamian law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of RydeWitUs after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
